The Origin of ZZEN

ZZEN is a project that arose from the need to find myself. Since my teenage years, I have always searched for answers about the purpose of life and my place in the world. Art, sport and reading helped me stay afloat, but I felt that something was still missing.

In my personal quest, I created a YouTube channel, using my passion for tattoos as a guiding thread and excuse to talk about those universal concerns we all have. This led me to delve deeper into psychology, philosophy and self-care, exploring practices such as meditation, ice baths and many other transformative routines and habits. It was those almost five years in Helsinki, surrounded by silence and cold, that allowed me to fully focus on the search for myself.

The Creation of the Ultimate Nootropic

One of the most substantial changes I experienced was starting to take nootropics. For years, I was trying out different combinations and natural compounds, so I started to get interested in the idea of creating the ultimate nootropic.
