The reformulation of ZZEN Labs: more science, more power, same philosophy

Because we believe in continuous improvement. Our previous formulas were already good and based on natural ingredients, but they could go one step further.

That's why we teamed up with two leading experts in health and neuroscience: Dr. Borja Bandera and Dr. Isabel Belaustegui. Together, we reviewed every ingredient, every proportion, and every synergy to design optimized versions that really make a difference.

In addition, we have doubled the number of capsules (from 30 to 60) for the same price, with a higher concentration of active ingredient, so that the effect is more powerful, more consistent, and more noticeable on a daily basis.

1. Greater synergy between L-theanine and natural caffeine (120 mg each), allowing for sustained focus without sudden peaks or crashes.

2. Increased dosage of Bacopa monnieri (300 mg) and Rhodiola rosea (200 mg), adaptogenic plants that support memory, learning, and stress resilience.

3. Incorporation of Panax ginseng (100 mg), traditionally used to improve physical and mental performance.

The original ZZEN Calm formula already helped reduce mental tension. But we wanted to perfect it to better respond to today's challenges of stress and overload.

1. Switch to Ashwagandha KSM-66® (600 mg), the most studied and bioavailable standardized extract, with evidence of stress reduction and performance improvement.

2. We replaced passionflower with a more effective combination: Melissa officinalis (200 mg) and saffron (30 mg), both clinically proven to improve mood and relieve mild anxiety.

Sleeping is not always restful. Our previous formula already helped you fall asleep, but now the goal goes further: promoting deep, restful sleep without drowsiness upon waking.

1. Elimination of melatonin: not all users tolerated it well. Instead, we prioritized natural pathways such as tryptophan (300 mg), which the body converts into serotonin and melatonin endogenously.

2. Incorporation of GABA, valerian, zinc, and vitamin B6, which work together as natural modulators of the nervous system.

3. Magnesium supplement (300 mg as bisglycinate) to improve muscle relaxation and nighttime digestive tolerance.
