The origin of ZZEN
René: ZZEN is a project that arose from my need to find myself. Since my adolescence, I've always searched for answers about the purpose of life and my place in the world. Art, sports, and reading helped me stay afloat, but I felt something was still missing.
In my personal quest, I created a YouTube channel, using my passion for tattoos as a common thread and excuse to talk about those universal concerns we all have.
This led me to delve deeper into psychology, philosophy, and self-care, exploring practices like meditation, ice baths, and many other transformative routines and habits. It was those almost five years in Helsinki, surrounded by silence and cold, that allowed me to fully focus on my search for myself.
The Creation of the Ultimate Nootropic
One of the most substantial changes I experienced was starting to take nootropics. For years, I was trying out different combinations and natural compounds, so I started to get interested in the idea of creating the ultimate nootropic.
